Icon for freshchat changes into some unknown characters

We've implemented react-freshchat recently in our system, and we observed that sometimes the icon gets changed into some unknown characters. Usually after refreshing the page the correct icon appears, but there were instances were even after refreshing multiple times it was still showing the characters instead of the correct icon.

react-freshchat v1.0.11
React v17.0.2 and Next.js v9.4.4
