Send Push Notifications when event approaches #23
Description
As a Spotters, I can receive a push notification reminding me about the activity I scheduled
Technical
- Create CloudWatch handler (Cron) - check for upcoming events in the next day
- Be careful about Time Zones
- Send request to Google's Push Notification service for each upcoming event found
