Missing LICENSE

This repo has no LICENSE file or anything referencing a license. Is this under GPLv3 like the server code? Or AGPLv3 like the app code? Or something else entirely?

Bumping this, this also causes some interesting conflicts with the other products having either an AGPL3 or a GPL licence, considering that this repository is not in any way functional for self-hosted users apart from for simple development purposes. That cannot be tested either way cause of issues of connecting to a self-hosted Listed instance. It cannot be connected to the before mentioned licensed pieces of software that are a part of the Standard Notes stack.
