Plugin breaks gmail

gmail displays way down below the middle of the screen.
probaby best to just exclude gmail from the PageMods url glob

Maybe a white list is better to use rather than the catch all * that
applies the change to all sites. After playing with the plugin I had a hard
time finding a site to demonstrate the utility of it hah.

The functionality could go really well as a plugin to the browser based
editor that github released!
