Nginx fails consul healthchecks #14
Description
For a reason not obvious, nginx fails to respond to consul healtchecks in 5s, giving a timeout. This triggers vmck to re-render his template, forcing acs-interface to do the same. This seems to happen during stress-testing. A result of these restarts is a loss of submission data. The commit that removed the healthcheck.
