[PWGLF] Add hybrid generator for strangeness in jets

Hybrid generator:

• 4 minimum-bias events (based on pythia8_inel.cfg)
• 1 hard event with jets and rope hadronization (based on pythia8_jet_ropes_136tev.cfg)
