I was trying to build an ext with tree-sitter-lua and it gave me an error about
NODE_MODULE_VERSION 115 being to low and 119 is the "new one".
It was made using version v20.17.0...
However i have no idea what i am doing related to this, it seems to work at the very least.
I bumped the version from 2.1.3 -> 2.1.4, change that if you number in a specific way.
Most of this PR is actually auto generated code, very few actual changes have been made.
