Mostly UI refactors, but it also changes GitHub/Git/Gerrit connect and disconnect flows and adds validation/disable logic that could block configuration or disconnection if incorrect.

Overview
Improves the integrations UI across the admin list and settings drawers, including a new outline button style, neutral color palette, pill/rounded inputs/selects, updated drawer layout, and a new LfxTabs component (replacing the old tabs on the integrations list).

Updates integration connect/config flows: most “Connect” buttons now use type="outline", drawers gain a consistent DrawerDescription with docs links, and GitHub connect now opens a dropdown to choose v1 vs v2 (removing the list-page toggle). Git/Gerrit settings drawers were redesigned with empty states, clearer remote URL management, stronger validation/tooltips, and a new confirmation modal for disconnect; Git disconnect is disabled when repos are being mirrored from other integrations.
