…ations Add the compound-foundations skill with references, workflows, and artifact templates. Integrate optional foundations audit into setup and add convention/tech-debt promotion paths to compound docs. Update plugin versioning and docs pages for the new skill.
Clarify setup Step 6 with a second AskUserQuestion after audit and explicit create-all/choose/skip paths.\nUpdate foundations audit workflow to require an AskUserQuestion gate and one-pass creation of all missing artifacts.
