Summary

  • Add new compound-foundations skill with router SKILL.md, 10 references, 4 workflows, and 8 artifact templates
  • Integrate setup foundations audit (setup Step 6) and wire compound promotion paths (compound-docs Options 8/9 + Step 7 suggestion)
  • Sync command/docs/versioning updates (plugin.json 2.34.0, plugin README/CHANGELOG, docs pages)

Testing

  • bun test (pass)
  • bun run lint (not available: no lint script in package.json)

Add the compound-foundations skill with references, workflows, and artifact templates.
Integrate optional foundations audit into setup and add convention/tech-debt promotion paths to compound docs.
Update plugin versioning and docs pages for the new skill.
Clarify setup Step 6 with a second AskUserQuestion after audit and explicit create-all/choose/skip paths.\nUpdate foundations audit workflow to require an AskUserQuestion gate and one-pass creation of all missing artifacts.
- Strengthened Phase 4 Step 4 to require updating the plan document
  with completion summary, completed_by, completed_date, actual_effort
- Added explicit anti-patterns: no separate COMPLETION_REPORT files
- Added pitfall warning against creating standalone completion docs
