▶ Changelist:

• added the welcomeDirectionSign svg, frontBush svg, and textBackgroundSign svg in a folder "WelcomeLanding"
• implemented those into the welcomeSection of the landing page
• added scalability for mobile screens

📝 Notes + 🚧 TODO:

• the frontBush doesnt move down as u make the screen smaller but that shouldnt be too big of a problem cuz the text in the box is still readable
• the join our discord button that blocks the welcome sign sometimes when u make the screen smaller sometimes is from the hit the road section from last yr so ignore it lol
• added it to page.tsx, but can remove for now if necessary

🧪 Testing:

• tested locally on multiple diff screen sizes
