  • Less string comparisons; more hash/index-based access for CCDB tables and banks
  • Add global TranslationTable class with addition DetectorType field, and use it in decoding
  • Cache EVIO branch list once per event

This is the completion of #1008, after breaking it into multiple pull requests.
