Remove this editor backup file — it should not be committed.
src/fiat.rs~ is an editor backup/swap file (the ~ suffix is a telltale sign from vim/emacs). It duplicates src/fiat.rs without the MWK addition and should be excluded from version control.
Add it to .gitignore:
