How to test:

1. Check into current branch
2. Do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. Log as admin user
5. Go to 'http://localhost:5173/communityportal/activity/1/engagement/Comments'
6. Verify the 'Members List' shows members' details.
7. Verify only the 'Members List' tab works fine in dark mode.

Note:

Currently loaded the mock data from a file. Once the backend implementation is completed, I will configure it.
