  • The script and the doc shows IT Synergy's icon URL. We should not be showing any of our partner's info in any of the global script or document
  • The cpt file and document should be updated to account for below:
  1. The time out for regular prompt is 3600 by default, which is very long. It should be max 10 minutes
  2. The time out between final prompt and reboot is also very long and 15 minutes will be enough for default.
  3. The document shows the time frame to suppress the prompt between 2100-0700 but the script is not configured with any default value
  4. A new parameter is required to allow reboot prompt if a reboot is pending on the computer regardless of any uptime. According to the document, it seems like if a reboot is pending and also has some uptime, then only a prompt will be sent.
  5. New parameters to take input for icon and header image. If not, instead of important note, add it under implementation step to update those steps as well as the default values while importing the script.
  6. A brief note on how the script is working would be very helpful if it is available in the document. We are using scheduled task to send reboot prompts and it is nowhere mentioned
  7. A few sample screenshot to show how the prompts will look like and how will the final prompt will appear. This will help to understand the message being displayed.
  • Could you please update the document and script to show the name as Reboot Pending - Prompt.
