- Delete docs/providers/claude-code.md documentation file - Remove claude-code entry from providers/index.json - Update references in release notes (v3.21.4, v3.21, v3.28.16, v3.34.3) - Add redirect from /providers/claude-code to homepage in docusaurus.config.ts
