Thanks for the initiative! It's much appreciated. Unfortunately (to my own chagrin), we don't accept relative URLs here (probably because it messes up the Docusaurus-generated docs page. If you don't mind, I would alter a few minor things and then approve and merge.

I'm wondering whether we need to document sonobuoy requirements even for simple usage. But we can deal with that later.
