Fix for decloaking, needed temp file to be passed around
Fix to remove noise. Tested working on mac osx. Some of the prepend / remove noise stuff doesn't seem to run well on windows currently

Here's a python 3 branch of cloakify. I updated it for the fun of it recently from 2.7 and I thought it might be useful. Tested on os X and windows.
OSX is feature complete, on windows I couldn't get the noise portion working right but cloak/decloak is useful on both.
