Summary

Adds --fail-fast flag to very_good test command
Adds --fail-fast flag to very_good dart test command

Closes #475

Test plan

Run very_good test --help and verify --fail-fast appears
Run very_good dart test --help and verify --fail-fast appears
Unit tests pass for both commands
