💡 What: Added tooltips to the primary navigation buttons (Notifications, Profile, Command, Menu) in the
FramerDashboardLayout. Added a missingaria-labelto the mobile menu button.🎯 Why: Icon-only buttons can be ambiguous. Tooltips provide clarity for sighted users and reinforce the accessible name. The mobile menu button was previously lacking an accessible name.
