To optimize our tooling costs and reduce redundancy, we are sunsetting SonarQube/SonarCloud, effective today. This pull request removes all SonarCloud integration from the project.
Decision drivers and consequences are documented in the related sunsetting ADR.
Code changes
sonarcloud-scanjob from the.github/workflows/ci.ymlfile, so SonarCloud analysis will no longer run during CI.sonar-project.propertiesfile, removing all SonarCloud project and code analysis settings from the repository.
