Fully seperated tardigrade_ws and simulator repos. Everything works now. Had to take some weird steps like creating the thruster_translator which converts a Float64MultiArray into individual FloatStamped. Reason being that FloatStamped is a Plankton specific message and I really don't want to install the entire Plankton package on the Jetson, so we have this middleman.
