Description

Updates encryption to AES-GCM and fixes TSS credential creation when coin !== chain.

Changelog

  • Switch encryption to AES-GCM
  • Expose TssKey and TssKeyGen
  • Add proper coin handling in TssKeyGen credentials
  • Add unit test for Arbitrum (coin !== chain)
