Added factory for creating LLM providers, added Deepseek provider

This PR refactors the code related to the LLM provider classes and configuration management. The goal of this refactor is to make the code more modular, maintainable, and scalable by introducing a configuration class (LLMConfig) and a more dynamic provider creation process.

Added support for Deepseek provider.
