feat: organization show and tabs pages

Organization show and tabs pages

This allows users to view organization about, posts, departments and partners tabs.

Implementations:

• New partners_grid() live component to streamline the code and improve readability
• Favicon Static
• Show organizations tabs

• Posts tab (can be improved 🤷‍♂️ )
• Partners tab
• About tab
• Show website favicon (Completely Static, could use some Live Favicon)
• Handlers for an organization (like https://github.com/cesium)
• Ensure all pages are responsive
• Identicon as organization's logo placeholder
