…n installation was done previously - existence of aci.key secret is tested before attempting to create it - existence of contivh1 network is tested before attempting to create it - copy_unless_identical_paths function added and used to avoid the case where someone specifies the path of where a key, cert, etc. is copied to during a previous installation.
