3-3: Update the last_updated field to reflect this change.

The last_updated field shows "2026-01-03", but this PR adds a signature dated "2026-01-07". Consider updating this metadata field to "2026-01-07" to keep it current.

📅 Proposed fix
- "last_updated": "2026-01-03",
+ "last_updated": "2026-01-07",

5-13: CLA entry structure looks good.

The new signer entry is properly formatted with all required fields (name, github_username, emails, signed_date, cla_version). The data is consistent with the PR objectives.

Note: The entry is placed at the top of the array rather than appended to the end, which is unconventional. Consider appending new entries to maintain a consistent addition pattern, though this doesn't affect functionality.
