v1beta1 CustomResourceDefinition is no more. This changes it to use v1.
I came upon this project looking for something to visualize the schema of my custom resources, not their state. By the time I realized what it was, I'd already fixed it to run successfully.
Maintainers are free to edit this as they like, but I'm unlikely to have time to come back to this and make changes myself.
