per discussion on datacarpentry#502 about when to have learners look at jupyter, anaconda, bash, or just not their own screens at all. I drafted my thoughts in the issue and added a callout box to the beginning of the "interpreter" section to indicate students are ARE NOT performing these live coding demos, only watching them on a prepared instructor's screen where a python script has a chance of calling itself up because it was made beforehand.
