Tried on Windows MSVC and MSYS2 (UCRT64 at least).
fixes to make it compile

duini library for Arduino emulation via boost and stdlibc MeshTNC library is arduino code copied almost wholesale, some fixes to help it build on PC on PC libMeshTNC depends on libduini for serial port and other arduino interfaces I should have committed this in pieces... builds and runs on windows as is
