The Kiwi Browser has unfortunately been discontinued, and it's extension code-base has been merged into Microsoft Edge Canary. This PR updates the instructions used to get OldTwitter running on Android.
AFAIK there's no Android Firefox fork that allows installing from file so those steps are removed. Conflicts with #958 at the moment but if you endorse this reupload I can add it back in.
