- Add @vitest/coverage-v8 for v8-based coverage
- Configure coverage exclusions (dist, .d.ts, config files, web pkg)
- Add test:coverage script for one-off coverage runs
- Fix vitest UI dying by adding --watch flag to bin/start
- Enable coverage in dev mode (yarn start) for UI coverage tab
- Fix deprecation: rename test.workspace to test.projects
