This PR generalizes the SpatialDiffusion trait and FiniteDifference1D implementation to be component-agnostic (single field) and strictly safe (no unsafe blocks). This improves modularity (can be used for 1..N components) and safety/idiomatic Rust usage without sacrificing performance. It also cleans up the TuringSystem implementation to remove unsafe code.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 876683612576168458 started by @fderuiter

- Decomposed `SpatialDiffusion` trait to apply to a single component `&[f64]` instead of a hardcoded pair `(u, v)`.
- Refactored `FiniteDifference1D` to use safe `windows(3)` iterators instead of `unsafe` pointer arithmetic, preserving O(N) performance.
- Updated `TuringSystem` in `morphogenesis.rs` to compose the diffusion operator for `u` and `v` separately.
- Replaced `unsafe` reaction loop in `TuringSystem` with safe `zip` iterator chains.
- Added `tests/test_diffusion_basic.rs` to ensure regression testing of the diffusion operator.
- Updated `.jules/architect.md` with ADR.
