Three URLs in content/about/steering-committee/index.md lacked protocol prefixes, causing browsers to interpret them as relative paths under forrt.org instead of external links.

Changes

Fixed three href attributes by adding https:// protocol:

  • Steven Verheyen: www.stevenverheyen.comhttps://www.stevenverheyen.com
  • Amanda Kay Montoya: akmontoya.comhttps://akmontoya.com
  • Berit T. Barthelmes: linkedin.com/in/beritbarthelmeshttps://linkedin.com/in/beritbarthelmes

Example

- <a href="www.stevenverheyen.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">
+ <a href="https://www.stevenverheyen.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">
Original prompt

Problem

Several URLs in the steering committee page (content/about/steering-committee/index.md) are missing the https:// protocol prefix. This causes browsers to treat them as relative URLs, resulting in broken links.

For example, www.stevenverheyen.com is being interpreted as:
https://forrt.org/about/steering-committee/www.stevenverheyen.com

Solution

In the file content/about/steering-committee/index.md, fix the following URLs by adding https:// prefix:

  1. Steven Verheyen (modal-drstevenverheyen section):

    • Change: href="www.stevenverheyen.com"
    • To: href="https://www.stevenverheyen.com"
  2. Amanda Kay Montoya (modal-dramandakaymontoya section):

    • Change: href="akmontoya.com"
    • To: href="https://akmontoya.com"
  3. Berit T. Barthelmes (modal-berittbarthelmesmsc section):

    • Change: href="linkedin.com/in/beritbarthelmes"
    • To: href="https://linkedin.com/in/beritbarthelmes"

All URLs in HTML anchor tags must start with either http:// or https:// to be treated as absolute URLs and link correctly.
