Add collapse-filter parameter

Description

Add collapse-filter URL parameter for the Contributors page. When linking to contributions for a single project, the full filter menu can be visually dominant. This parameter replaces the filter box with a minimal "← Show contributions to all projects" link, providing a cleaner view for direct project links. Example usage: ?project=glossary&collapse-filter

The styles aren't showing because the CSS is in tenzing_template.md, so the data processing workflow needs to be triggered for them to appear.
