Add IFlow CLI as a new supported AI agent in the codebase. This includes: - Adding IFlow to the list of supported agents in documentation and CLI help - Including IFlow in release scripts and package generation - Adding IFlow CLI installation in devcontainer setup - Updating agent context scripts to handle IFlow
