This pull request correctly fixes a TypeError that occurs when using a service account credential file with an authentication method designed for OAuth 2.0 user consent flow. The change to google.auth.GoogleAuth is appropriate for server-to-server authentication with service accounts, and the implementation is correct. As a follow-up, you might consider removing the @google-cloud/local-auth dependency from package.json as it is no longer used.
