This commit introduces the Flutter binding for lib_ilo, including: - A new Jinja2 template for generating Dart primitives. - The generated TrameBuilder class in Dart. - A high-level IloLib class for robot communication. - Updates to the generator script to handle Dart syntax and deduplication. - Updates to the Makefile to copy generated artifacts to the Flutter package. - A new GitHub Action workflow to publish to pub.dev. - Updates to the artifact generation workflow to include Flutter artifacts.
