Enhance usability for ticgitweb

The web interface should show which repository is currently displayed. This is achieved by showing the directory in the title and in the html body. This is especially important if several instanced of ticgitweb are active.

Thanks for the pull request, you've got a good point about the ticgitweb program.
Because it doesn't fix a critical bug I don't think it would be appropriate to push this out as a hotfix but I will definitely include this in the next non-hotfix release, which should be done in the next couple months and should bring some interesting changes.

Also, please note that the ticgitweb program is quite poorly written and needs to be replaced. I'm glad that you're able to make use of it the way it is (please don't have it open in more than one tab, if you go to do a commit in one and something else in another, I cannot promise your house won't burn down around you), just be aware that it isn't safe for more than one person to use (or more than one tab) in it's current form.

Thanks for the advice regaring ticgitweb. Fortunately we need it mainly for
documentatin purposes and not for massive bug-tracking.
