Prevent crash when used on iOS6

Prevents iOS6 crash incase this ends up there

@timzai does these fixes make LMAlertView ios6 compatiable?

I've been using it even for IOS5.1. I enlarged LMAlertView even further
for those who are visually impaired. I'll be submitting my App on Friday.
LMAlertView has been solid, except for some reason during Unit Testing,
but testing interfaces during Unit Testing can be debated.

@ekeren It prevents the crash, but I believe some of the UI doesn't look very good on iOS6
