gulp python client API

this is a WIP python client for the gulp API.

this is currently only used by the tests and needs some rewriting to be stable for production usage.

for API usage and documentation, refer to the gulp core repository

environment

use GULP_SDK_LOG_REQUEST=1 and/or GULP_SDK_LOG_RESPONSE=1 to enable logging of requests and responses respectively.
