This PR adds the ability (back) to choose a custom generation namespace (#1312)

Not having the ability to customise this namespace causes lots of problems:

Closes Bug: The type PInvoke conflicts with other types of the same name imported in multiple assemblies Lamparter/Win32#2
Closes Bug: Tooling P/Invoke declarations conflicts with source generations in end-user projects Lamparter/CubeKit#117
