Summary

Patch hdf5 for CVE-2025-2915

• Upstream patch has been backported manually.
• Upstream changes in release_docs/CHANGELOG.md has not been included as this file does not exist in our version of hdf5.
• Changes in test/tmisc.c and test/cache_image.c have been added in order to skip test cases which were failing after applying this CVE.
• Kindly note that this CVE is not yet fixed for any version of hdf5 in any other Linux distribution such as Ubuntu, Debian, RedHat and OpenSUSE.
• Same patch file from 3.0-dev for this CVE has been used as the hdf5 version and previous patch files match with 3.0-dev branch.
