This change improves the type safety in src/utils/run-build.ts by replacing a $TSFixMe type with a specific BuildOptions type and resolving a @ts-expect-error with a correct implementation.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16826333083688937331 started by @serhalp

Replaced the `$TSFixMe` (any) type for the `options` parameter with a specific `BuildOptions` type.

Resolved a `@ts-expect-error` by correctly passing `outputConfigPath` within the `cachedConfig` object when calling the `buildSite` function.

This change improves type safety and maintainability in the module.
