Update Malay and Malay (Jawi) translations for the new OptiGUI release

After implementing more features, I had to make some minor changes to the translations.

After skimming through the translation file, I have some suggestions:

• optigui.rp_converter.convert_properties: OptiFine uses the .properties extension, but it can stay like how it is
• For optigui.rp_loader.warn.no_interaction_target, I didn't provide enough context. blocks, entities, items, inventory, and unknown will be part of V2 JSON resources (just like texture.PATH in OptiFine properties):

The translation keys for OptiGUI 3 alpha 4 are finished, no more additions, maybe small clarifications. I'll start to merge the translations soon.

Hello, thanks for the translations. I feel like I need some clarifications for potentially more accurate translations:

• optigui.enum.ResourceLoadingErrorFilter.NOTHING: see Added Ukrainian translation #192 (comment)
• optigui.inspector.nbt_dumping_disabled, text.autoconfig.optigui.option.dumpNbt: dumping NBT data refers to extracting the NBT data from the game, then throwing it at the user exporting it unprocessed, so the users can do whatever they want with it
• text.autoconfig.optigui.category.utils: Utilities refer to the tools provided by OptiGUI:
  1. Resource Pack Converter
  2. Show resource loading logs
• text.autoconfig.optigui.option.errorsAndWarnings.button, text.autoconfig.optigui.option.resourcePackConverter.button: these refer to actions of a button (both are verbs)

While I can only rely on automatic tools to check for potential mistranslations, I got some valuable feedback from translators, so I'll likely make some adjustments to the translations in a later release.
