feat: adding tile to studio pages and resources

This is demonstration about how to insert a tile in Studio Pages and resources.

This is the result of the Research Spike: injecting UI for studio workflows from the pages and resources tiles #139

For this POC we will mount a modal for Badges Generation, we can reuse the same logic to create a wide-propose modal (AI-extensions) or multiple cards.

Plugin Slot Integration

The Badge Creation Card is injected through the AdditionalCoursePluginSlot plugin slot in frontend-app-authoring.

Warning

There is another plugin with similar name (additional_course_content_plugin) but that one will be deprecated openedx/frontend-app-authoring#2330

What is in this PR?

• CoursePagesCard: is a general propose component that add the card in the Pages and Resources. Helpful if we want to add more than one tile.
• We have the badges-creator sub-feature that encapsulates all the components - logic for the modal.
