Description of change
After testing with some publishers OpenX will now make our OpenRTB style adapter the default adapter. This proposal is to mirror that adapter in both openxBidAdapter and openxOrtbBidAdapter for now, and deprecate openxOrtbBidAdapter in the next major version.
