Updates node-site-example runtime dependencies to remediate a Snyk-reported vulnerability by upgrading express (4.17.1 → 4.22.0) and body-parser (1.19.0 → 1.20.4).

Regenerates package-lock.json accordingly, pulling in newer transitive versions (notably qs and related http-errors/send/serve-static stack) and adding a few new helper packages required by the updated dependency tree.
