Rename WildBlueIndustries to WildBlueIndustries.cfg
Added Near Future Propulsion.
More experimentation reveals that, for whatever reason, normals were not compressed on folders after the first one. (This was tested in 0.25, so that may have been fixed since then, but having the definition like this won't be wrong on 0.90, which is why I'm making this pul request.
Apparently enabling compression of SXT causes issues.
