add cli parameter --drop-privilege-as

Drop privilege when spawn user threads.

• not present: do nothing
• present without value: use the env var SUDO_USER as default
• present with value: drop to specified user If a user name a specified, or the env var SUDO_USER was used as default, this argument overwrites the same-named field in config file
