Add track changes, comments, and lists tool groups. Document suggest mode for tracked changes. Remove example conversation.
- Set version to 0.0.0 (semantic-release manages versions) - Add .releaserc.cjs with mcp-v tag format and npm publish - Add release-mcp.yml workflow triggered on apps/mcp/** changes
Runs typecheck, build, and tests on PRs touching apps/mcp/.
